Tristan founded SB Permitting & Planning because he kept seeing the same problem: property owners with great ideas and no clear path to making them real. The permitting process in Santa Barbara is genuinely complex, and most people don't know where to start.

He built SBP to be the firm that handles all of it — one team, one point of contact, from the first question to the issued permit.
