Originally from Foley, Alabama, Corban moved to Santa Barbara in 2016, quickly immersing himself in the local culture and graduating from Carpinteria High School. His early career at Pampel Design introduced him to key industry figures and honed his expertise in the permitting process. When he's not advancing our clients' projects at Santa Barbara Permitting, Corban can be found tinkering with his car, writing his novel, or exploring new destinations.

At just 20, Tristan cofounded Santa Barbara Permitting, leveraging his studies in architecture and physics to bring a unique perspective to the firm's services. His interest in business, passion for efficiency, and connections to great architects aided him in ideating streamlined permitting solutions in Santa Barbara. When not managing the business, he enjoys running on local trails, sketching architecture, and expressing his thoughts through writing.
